Protection Training & Research
Institute, Hyderabad as the
National Host Institute, this
scheme deals with the present
data generation on the status
of environment of all the states.
ASTEC has been entrusted with
the job to prepare the report
on Assam. Ranging from topography,
climate, water resources including
ground water, geology, energy,
health, forest and wildlife,
minerals, wetlands to culture
and archaeology, it will be
a complete report of its kind.
